NSM Funds (UK) Limited appointed to Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust plc

NSM Funds (UK) Limited is delighted to announce its appointment as Company Secretary and Administrator to Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust plc (AIE) with effect from 1st January 2025.

AIE is an LSE listed investment company launched in 2018 with a current market cap of £500m.  The Company is a high conviction long-only equity investment trust with an objective to achieve long-term capital appreciation, mainly through investment in securities listed in India and listed securities of companies with a significant presence in India. 

AIE’s investment adviser is White Oak Capital Partners Pte. Ltd a Singapore-based investment management and investment advisory firm headed by Prashant Khemka, former CIO and Lead Portfolio Manager of India Equity and Global Emerging Markets Equity at Goldman Sachs.
